Welcome to the Hillsboro Community Association!

The Hillsboro Community Association (HCA) was established to preserve and maintain The Old Stone School, which is where we hold community celebrations and festivals such as the annual Independence Day celebration and Christmas Craft Fair. The Old Stone School is also available to rent, so when you need a place to hold a meeting, have a party, teach a class, or celebrate a wedding, remember to give us a call.

Hillsboro is the smallest incorporated town in Virginia, but is located in the fastest growing county in the United States. We are proud of our small town, and have worked not only to preserve The Old Stone School, but our sense of community. The school and our community are inseparable. By supporting one, you support the other.

We welcome you to take a tour of our website, where you will find out more about the history of Hillsboro and its homes, the HCA, and The Old Stone School. You’ll also read about the events we hold throughout the year and other local attractions that will entice you to experience them all firsthand.

On behalf of the Hillsboro Community Association members, I invite you to come visit Hillsboro any time of the year and take part in the celebrations and events that have become part of Hillsboro’s tradition. Enjoy!

Sincerely,

Mark T. Ware
President
The Hillsboro Community Association
