Cost to Rent the Old Stone School
General Policies and Regulations
1. The rental rate includes use of tables and chairs.
2. The Fire Marshal dictates that the maximum capacity of the auditorium is 150 people.
3. The rental fee includes set up for a Saturday wedding requiring Friday set up.
4. Lounge furniture must remain in the Lounge at all times.
5. Trash must be bagged separately from recyclables and placed outside the building on the back porch.
6. Recyclables must be taken to the dumpster at Hillsboro Elementary School.
7. The rental fee must be paid for at the time the key is picked up at Hill Tom Market.
8. The kitchen must be left clean and orderly. All food must be removed from refrigerator.
9. Upon leaving, lights, heat/air conditioning, fans, etc. must be turned off, and doors and windows locked.
10. There will be a $25 charge for lost key.

The HCA is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and maintaining Hillsboro’s Old Stone School. Funds to help fulfill this charter come from membership fees, rental fees, and donations.
